Youth - Life After Campus

Life After Campus (LAC) is a focused transition programme designed to prepare young women for the realities of the corporate environment.

We bridge the gap between academic qualification and workplace readiness.

The Purpose

To equip young women with the practical soft skills and behavioural intelligence required to enter corporate spaces prepared, confident, and professionally aligned.

What We Equip Them With

LAC focuses on real-world competencies that directly impact workplace success:

  • Professional Communication
Clear speaking, email etiquette, and confident expression
  • CV Writing & Personal Positioning
How to present skills, experience, and value effectively
  • Emotional Intelligence
Reading the room, managing behaviour, and understanding workplace dynamics
  • Social Media Awareness
Managing digital presence in alignment with professional standards
  • Time Management & Accountability
    Discipline, reliability, and work ethic
  • Workplace Conduct (Including Unspoken Rules)
Understanding corporate culture, expectations, and professional presence

The Impact

We are not just preparing students for employment,
we are preparing them to function, grow, and sustain themselves in professional environments.

This contributes directly to:

  • A more prepared and capable workforce
  • Reduced onboarding gaps for employers
  • Increased confidence and performance in young professionals
  • Long-term economic participation and stability for women

This is a contribution to the economic ecosystem — not just individual development.
