The Woman Behind Humble Queen
Humble Queen was not built from a place of having it all figured out. It was built from the experience of figuring it out in industries that tested our resolve, in rooms that were not designed for women like me, and in the quiet moments of asking, is this all there is?
I am Amanda Ndlovu, a Quantity Surveyor, entrepreneur, property developer, life coach, and founder of Humble Queen.
For over a decade, I have worked in South Africa's commercial and industrial construction sector, managing project risk, controlling major budgets, and building a successful professional career.
I did not leave that world. I expanded it.
Today, I lead Zenathi, my independent commercial consulting firm, while continuing to develop property and businesses.
Along the way, I learned that professional success without self-mastery is a ceiling. Managing millions in project budgets means little if a woman cannot confidently manage herself, her own choices, her relationship with money, or her vision for her own future.
Humble Queen was born from that realisation.
It exists to develop women who are already in the room, in the meetings and give them the internal structure to lead with authority, make disciplined decisions, and build the financial foundation that matches their professional ambition. It is the ecosystem I wish existed when I was navigating those environments alone. And it is the one I am now building for every organisation that understands its women deserve more than a wellness day.
