MEET THE FOUNDER
Amanda Ndlovu
I am a Quantity Surveyor by profession, and my foundation was built in high-pressure infrastructure and corporate environments where I was directly responsible for financial accuracy, managing contractual risk and contributing to strategic decisions that carried real consequences.
For over a decade, I worked in performance-driven, male-dominated spaces where I was trusted to manage budgets and protect project value. That level of responsibility sharpens you. It forces you to think clearly, move deliberately and understand money beyond just earning it.
And in those rooms, I noticed a pattern that stayed with me.
Women were trusted with responsibility, income and outcomes, yet rarely supported in building that same level of discipline, emotional regulation and financial positioning in their own lives.
That gap is what gave birth to Humble Queen.
My transition out of corporate was not accidental. I didn’t walk away, I restructured. I applied the same discipline, strategy and financial awareness I used in my career to redesign my life, my work and how I build income.
Today, I am a certified Life Coach specialising in Self Mastery. I work with women who are navigating pressure, ambition and internal conflict, and I help them move into clarity, control and ownership of their lives and finances.
I don’t coach from theory. I coach from execution.
